- Background: Colonel Arnold Walker is the commanding officer of Ken Masurao's squad. He dislikes having to involve civillans like the Shima faimly in the war against the Fire Legion, but can't really do anything about it. When the Yoma attacked the base housing one of the Phengos units, he got in a standard Areios unit and helped with securing it.
