  • Description: Marcus is Saiki's rival. Unlike him, he tries to minimize casualties to the TDF forces but understands that war has it's sacrifices. He has a small scar on his upper left cheek. His hair is in a standard military style.
  • Background: Marcus is Tou Raiku's father and he cares deeply for her. He wanted her to not join the military but couldn't stop her. He was one of the people opposed to putting Shima Industries under TDF control. When the battle with the Yoma start, he wants to try and defeat them as quick as possible to minimize civillan deaths.
