Invariably written in all-caps engrish, describes the stereotypical anonymous disgust with (any picture featuring) real people. Likely began playfully chiding on Japanese fan boards, where pictures are often grouped on whether they are 2d vs. 3d rather than how suggestive they are. The assumption that Anonymous has a hate for "3d Trash" has occasionally been turned on its head, and instead used to rationalize that many of the things otaku find interesting or sexy which could be seen as objectionable in a real context are never actually sought out in real life.
