Real name Andy Reyes, goes by "Cocotapioka." Obsessed with Princess Peach from Super Mario Bros., and likes to draw pictures of himself with her under the delusion that she is his girlfriend. By far the most famous of these is a comic that begins "HEY, ANDY, SWEETIE... ...HM? WHAT'S THIS YOU'RE DRAWING?" This was adapted into a flash movie (andypeach.swf) in which Peach emits an unearthly scream after the (terrible) punchline.
