A reasonably infrequent and confusing /a/ meme which can manifest itself in a variety of ways. The origin is a short-story called The Enigma of Amigara Fault, found in the manga Gyo by Junji Ito, in which people climb into individual-specific holes in a cliff face, only to emerge months later, grossly deformed and accompanied by the sound effect "DRR DRR DRR". Anonymous being the wiseass he is, a picture of the deformed creature was Photoshopped dancing on a Dance Dance Revolution pad. It's apropos of nothing, taking into account that hardcore DDR fans often have a similar obsession to the game that these people did to the holes.
