- Background: The Fire Legion Leader started the Fire Legion when he rounded those who disliked the current government and those who were angry over the energy shortages. It is said he may truly be one of the royal faimly of Gyaros, but that is just speculation. He invited Tetsu and Laika to join him after they left Shima Industries, but was killed by Tetsu shortly after.
