I believe Hat-chan was dubbed "Captain-chan" by the Philadelphia Anons during the Project Chanology raids back in March of 2008. I have no idea, but I recall Captain-chan looks a lot like Hat-chan. So, odds are she's in the Philadelphia, PA region. Don't ask me the particulars though, because I have no idea. --Moniker 01:35, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
