These turds contacted our ISP instead of contacting us directly. It wastes our time, forcing us to reply to the ticket on the ISP's website. We process the notices in our email, when we get them, and carry on with our days. When some idiot contacts our ISP, we have to waste our time replying to the ticket to say "The files have been removed".
