A user friendly (as far as Linux goes) Debian-based Linux distro. There are a number of Ubuntu-based operating systems that are slightly different:
- Ubuntu - Uses GNOME Desktop Environment
- Kubuntu - Uses KDE Desktop Environment
- Xubuntu - Uses XFCE Desktop Environment
